Exchanges and returns

We want your Monte to fit you perfectly. If the size or color isn't right, we'll help you exchange it.

Exchanges

  • You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange.
  • The garment must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
  • The exchange can be for another size, another color, or for a store credit applicable to future purchases.

How to initiate an exchange

  1. Write to us via WhatsApp or email at monteclothingcol@gmail.com, stating your order number and the reason for the exchange.
  2. We will confirm the availability of the desired size/color.
  3. We will arrange for pickup or send you instructions on how to return the garment.
  4. Once we receive the garment in good condition, we will ship the exchange or issue the store credit.

Returns (refunds)

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:

  • Applies within the same 15 calendar days.
  • The refund will be issued through the same payment method used.
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Defective products

If your garment arrived with a manufacturing defect, write to us within the first 7 days with photos of the defect, and we will replace the garment at no additional cost, including shipping.

Exceptions

Exchanges or returns do not apply to garments that are:

  • Used, washed, or with odors.
  • Without tags or original packaging.
  • Purchased during promotions explicitly marked as "final sale".
